Refund & Return Policy

 

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if the order is cancelled before dispatch. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and invoice. Customized or special-order products, items damaged due to misuse, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund. Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
